Soirées and semester two returns

At Raymont we're right in the middle of our mid-year busy season. Friday 19th July saw over 80 students, parents, alumni and friends join us for our Raymont Soiree. The Soiree is an annual event to bring together the wider Raymont community, share some stories and foster the spirit of Raymont.

Continuing with our events, last Friday 26th July our students gathered for our semester two Recommencement Dinner. Rather than a sit-down affair, this year we did it differently with food and ice-cream trucks, lawn games and a petting zoo! We  said farewell to Chaplain Fernando Torres and welcomed our new Chaplain, Raymont alumni David Strachan.

Our Academic Advisor Dr Dale Mason presented a number of academic achievement awards for students who had excelled in their studies for semester one:

Aanika Bray
Caleb Haxton
Felicity Roberts
Finn Trentepohl
Isabelle Fletcher
Joshua Curry
Kaylah Saal
Mathew Christenson
Riley Stewart
Kai Zhu

Congratulations to our amazing students! We're committed to supporting academic excellence at Raymont and semester one's results are proof that the environment and culture we work so hard to foster is delivering in the studies of our students.
