Learn to lead

We know that leadership skills provide a competitive edge to young professionals, so we offer a leadership certificate course in Semester two each year.

The leadership course consists of three seminars focusing on what is leadership/why it’s important, building resilience within leaders, and leadership models and techniques. Following these three seminars, students will have the opportunity to put some of the theoretical knowledge into practice in support of the Wesley Mission Queensland Community Meal held on a Wednesday night at Fortitude Valley.

This program provides the dual benefit of increasing the leadership skills within the student population and providing a competitive advantage for students competing for future graduate roles.
